It is no secret that – alive or not – the remnants of Sansha Kuvakei's Nation are still quietly waging their century-old war. Not only that, but there has been rising speculation that the many advanced operations that have caught the DED's attention could only have been made possible through the auspices of someone or something more capable than disunited True Slaves.
It has become increasingly hard for the empires to ignore the frightening level of sophistication with which Sansha's twisted dystopians react to events across the cluster. This growing concern was highlighted yet again when, immediately after synth variants of the Frentix booster were legalized in empire space, Sansha strongholds deep inside Stain began production of far more potent and highly illegal versions.
